The Independence National Education Association (INEA) is the union that represents teachers, librarians, counselors, paraprofessionals, and others who work in the Independence School District. INEA was elected as the exclusive representative by a vote of the employees to negotiate on their behalf on matters such as salary, benefits, and working conditions. INEA is proud to serve the employees of the Independence School District.

INEA will be providing a complimentary breakfast & lunch on August 11th as well as providing gift bags and chances to win select prizes to start your year off right!
